Job Description
FSC Integrated Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is in search of driven and enthusiastic candidates for the Phone Banking Officer position at a premier banking institution in Pakistan.
Location: Saddar Cantt, Lahore
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree (official transcript or degree required)
Experience: 0-1 year preferred
Age Limit: Must be under 32 years of age
Gender: Male candidates only
Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customers via phone for banking inquiries and transactions, ensuring swift and accurate information delivery.
Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; proficiency in basic computer applications is a must.
