Job Description
The LAPS School Franchise Head Office is urgently seeking a highly competitive Female Sales Executive to join our Sales Department. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential markets for franchise expansion, developing strategies to attract new franchise partners, and generating leads through networking, events, online channels, and cold calling. Additionally, you will conduct market analysis and feasibility studies while maintaining strong relationships with franchisees to achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is required, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience at a reputable school. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month. Work Location: In-person.
