Job Description
Binrafiq Textiles is currently seeking a talented and experienced Textile Finishing Supervisor to manage the final processing of fabrics such as Shafoon, lawn, cotton, and linen. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, strict adherence to quality standards, and on-time delivery of finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finishing operations.
- Optimize machine efficiency and team productivity.
- Monitor fabric quality in collaboration with the quality control team.
- Train and mentor staff to achieve daily goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 5 years of experience in textile finishing with proven leadership abilities.
