Job Description
Rexen Consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our team at G8 Markaz Islamabad. Operating from our corporate headquarters in England, this full-time position demands commitment from 12 PM to 9 PM during the summer and 1 PM to 10 PM in the winter.
Key Responsibilities: You will develop effective recruitment strategies, conduct candidate interviews, and negotiate job offers to attract top talent.
Requirements: A BBA or MBA in Human Resources, along with 1-2 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of recruitment techniques are essential for this role.
