Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Call Center Team Lead to oversee daily BPO operations, ensuring exceptional team performance and positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of call center agents, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), manage escalations, and provide coaching and support to team members.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of team lead experience in a BPO environment, proven leadership skills, and a Bachelor’s degree are required.
