Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is currently hiring a Customer Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound call systems
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies
Salary: Rs45,00, with potential incentives up to Rs15,00
Shift: Rotational, with remote work options available after the probation period
