Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to play a key role in our HR department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, training programs, and the management of HR records. You will contribute to the implementation of strategies aimed at workforce development and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, combined with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
