Job Description
AMG Technologies is looking for a talented and experienced Accounts Officer to be part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, verifying invoices, and tracking the organization’s expenses efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with collection agencies to handle overdue payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or an MBA, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Intuit. This position is open to male residents of Karachi only, and applicants must have their own transportation.
This is a full-time role requiring night shifts from 7 PM to 3 AM (US time zones).
