Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, human resources operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Support onboarding processes and documentation.
- Organize activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in HR or related fields.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
This is a 3-month internship with a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 10,00 to 25,00, with the potential for a permanent position.
