Job Description
Shark Technologies is seeking a qualified Dialer Administrator for our call center located in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our automated dialing systems. Key responsibilities include configuring dialing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to telemarketing regulations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, analyze call data to boost agent productivity, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). A background in a US-based call center is highly preferred, along with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
