Job Description
Zeta Technologies is in search of a committed Associate NOC to facilitate uninterrupted network operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring network traffic, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting provisioning and routing tasks.
Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring network activity, addressing Level 1 support issues, managing customer complaints through a ticketing system, and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and company policies. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of one year of experience are required, along with proficiency in SIP/SMPP and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Location: Corporate Office, I-9/3, Islamabad. Number of positions available: 1.
