Job Description
We are 365 Care Private Limited, seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to become part of our dynamic team in Gulberg 3, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position entails a 48-hour workweek, aligned with the UK/Ireland calendar, and involves rotational shifts.
The successful candidate will provide technical support, as well as manage inbound and outbound calls to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers via phone, providing effective solutions.
- Accurately update customer information.
- Meet performance targets while adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
