Job Description
Mindwhiz is looking for a committed Customer Support Agent to join our team located in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. This on-site position requires providing assistance to U.S.-based clients through both inbound and outbound calls, effectively addressing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Qualified candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or call centers, demonstrate strong English communication skills, and have knowledge of CRM tools.
