Job Description
Right Room seeks a full-time Virtual Property Manager on a 12-month contract to remotely support UK landlords and tenants. Responsibilities include managing listings, inquiries, viewings, tenancy applications and referencing, digital paperwork, basic maintenance coordination, and CRM record-keeping while providing exemplary customer service.
Applicants should have lettings or property management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with UK rental legislation and remote property duties is preferred. The role offers remote working, performance bonuses, professional development opportunities, and a salary of Rs50,00–Rs60,00/month.
