Job Description
We are seeking a Lead to manage administration, commercial operations, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs. The role will develop and enforce EHS policies, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, deliver training, and coordinate with operations, procurement, and contractors.
- Manage vendor and contract relationships, track budgets, and implement process improvements that support commercial objectives.
- Drive a proactive safety culture through data analysis, prioritization, and clear communication.
- Lead teams, report on performance, and ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years’ combined experience in EHS and administrative/commercial roles, strong leadership and communication skills. NEBOSH or OSHA certification preferred. Ability to prioritize, analyze data, and promote a safety-first culture required.
