Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to support HR operations at our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will manage recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, and HR administration to maintain an efficient and positive workforce.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Administer payroll, benefits, and day-to-day HR tasks
• Resolve employee relations matters and ensure labor law compliance
• Coordinate training and development programs

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; 3–4 years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred); strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with HR processes and labor regulations.
