Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to oversee recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations. Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; 3–7 years of HR experience.
- Lead end-to-end hiring, maintain talent pipelines, and manage onboarding/offboarding.
- Administer performance management (KPIs/OKRs) and support reviews and improvement plans.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with EOBI, Social Security, and labor laws; manage records for audits.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leaves, benefits, HRIS accuracy, and HR reporting.
- Drive process improvements, workforce planning, succession planning, and change initiatives.
