Job Description
Mindwhiz seeks a full-time, on-site Customer Service and Sales Representative (7:00 PM–4:00 AM) to manage inbound and outbound calls with U.S.-based clients. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, promoting services, and accurately logging interactions in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce). Targets and KPIs apply.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years in customer support or call center roles
- Excellent spoken and written English
- CRM experience; solutions-oriented, team-player attitude
