Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Import Executive to manage international shipments, customs clearance, and vendor coordination. This role ensures timely, compliant, and cost-effective import operations while maintaining strong relationships with carriers and brokers.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation and customs paperwork
- Track freight movement and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and import-related issues
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost and lead time
Requirements: 2+ years’ import/logistics experience, knowledge of customs regulations, excellent communication and attention to detail, and proficiency with SAP or logistics software. Degree in logistics or related field preferred.
