Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. In this entry-level role you will source and engage software engineering and IT candidates, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, and maintain applicant tracking records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and support offer processes.
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation and candidate communications.
- Participate in training and mentorship with a clear path to senior recruiting roles.
Qualifications: 0–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, strong verbal and written communication, basic technical role familiarity, and comfort using ATS tools.
