Job Description
Collaborate Solutions seeks a full-time, in-person Authorization Executive for the Patient Scheduling Department (DHA Phase 8, 6pm–3am). The role involves processing, reviewing, and verifying insurance pre-authorization requests; coordinating with providers, insurers, and internal teams; maintaining and updating clinical and insurance systems; following up on required documentation; producing status reports; supporting audits; and ensuring compliance with company and insurer regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in insurance, healthcare, or medical administration
- Knowledge of pre-authorization and claims procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital/insurance software
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
