Job Description
Family Builders & Developers is seeking motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our team. Ideal candidates are client-focused, sales-driven, and confident communicators; fresh graduates with at least six months’ experience are welcome. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, conducting model briefings and site visits, managing bookings and documentation, maintaining CRM records, following up with buyers, and meeting monthly sales targets.
- Experience: 2–5 years in sales or customer-facing roles preferred
- Skills: strong verbal communication, basic negotiation, self-motivation, knowledge of the local property market
- Compensation: salary Rs40,00–70,00/month plus attractive commission; sales training and career progression to Senior Consultant/Team Lead
