Job Description
RBE (Private) Limited is on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, overseeing onboarding, and handling employee relations. Additionally, you will design HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have 5 to 10 years of HR management experience, ideally within the real estate sector.
Your role will involve fostering a positive workplace culture, managing performance evaluation systems, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. We offer a competitive salary of Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month, complemented by a vibrant work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
