Job Description

We are seeking a full-time FTTH Manager with 5–6 years’ experience to lead O&M and field operations for GPON, metro, carrier, and metro-access networks. Responsibilities include:

• OFC rehabilitation and upgrades; contingency and traffic-diversion planning; ring completion for resilience;
• assignment of fiber pairs, coordination with government authorities, and preparation of p-deposit bills;
• replacement of problematic aerial sections; production of daily, weekly, and monthly cable-cut and PMR reports;
• execution of PMR repairs, updating GIS/KMZ cable routes, conducting PAT before takeovers, managing stores/tools replenishment, and closing audit observations to improve SQIs.

Requires a bachelor’s degree. This is an in-person position. Salary: Rs90,00–Rs120,00 per month.
