Job Description
The Kidney Centre is seeking a Patient Welfare Officer to deliver compassionate, professional support to welfare patients. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred); healthcare experience is an asset, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Responsibilities: counsel patients, conduct physical assessments to determine welfare eligibility, maintain accurate records, and coordinate support services.
- Requirements: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong empathy, proficient computer literacy, and the ability to work on-site full-time.
