Job Description
Hydrochina International Engineering seeks a Contracts Engineer, Hydropower. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Business, contract management or related field. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in contracts/commercial roles. Manage full contract lifecycle: drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution; ensure legal compliance; handle variations, claims, FIDIC procedures and arbitration; review legal documents and resolve disputes. Provide analytical, technical and creative contract solutions. Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written English required. Regular interaction with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders; maintain structured documentation and contract registers. Maximum age 30 (relaxation possible for experienced specialists). Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
