Job Description
Join L&HIPRODUCTIONS as a full-time Creative Video Editor. You will watch full-length episodes, spot emotional, suspenseful, and viral moments, and plan and edit high-impact Shorts and highlights with strong pacing and storytelling. Requirements: 2+ years Adobe Premiere Pro, strong English reading comprehension, experience converting YouTube long-form to Shorts/Reels/trailers, a creative eye for emotional beats, and attention to detail. Must be based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad and work in-person. Salary Rs40,00–Rs70,00/month. Application questions include English fluency and prior experience editing highlights from long-form content.
