Job Description
Enrichers Investment Group (EIG), a premier private equity firm based in Lahore, Pakistan, is on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources Associate. Since its inception in 2011, EIG has been at the forefront of transforming the investment landscape with innovative wealth management and transparent investor relations.
In this role, you will oversee various HR functions, maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), manage employee benefits, and implement training programs. Ideal candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and possess strong skills in recruitment, training, and communication.
