Job Description
Shelter is seeking a skilled IT Systems & Support Associate to enhance our technology infrastructure. This role requires a proactive individual with expertise in servers, backups, and networking, dedicated to resolving technical issues and supporting our creative teams. Ideal candidates will possess 1-3 years of IT support experience and demonstrate strong practical problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot server issues (both on-premise and cloud-based).
- Set up and manage NAS drives, ensuring regular backup procedures.
- Install and configure necessary software applications.
- Oversee Active Directory and user account management.
- Deliver IT support across hardware, software, and network systems.
- Maintain comprehensive internal documentation.
Compensation: Rs35,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
