Job Description
Premio Travel and Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Officer to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages; assist with product or service inquiries; log and track customer interactions and concerns; follow up on customer issues; and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a customer support role preferred; exceptional communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; and basic computer knowledge are essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs20,00 – Rs45,00/month
