Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Night Shift)

Position Overview:
The QC Executive will play a crucial role in monitoring calls, assessing agent performance, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This position is essential in upholding superior service delivery in our call center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess calls against established performance metrics.
- Ensure strict adherence to scripts and protocols.
- Deliver constructive feedback to agents to foster improvement.
- Document performance issues and prepare comprehensive reports.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with prior call center QC experience.
