Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage comprehensive recruitment and onboarding processes. The successful candidate will maintain employee records, oversee attendance and payroll, and assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws is crucial, along with supporting training and development activities. Providing effective HR support and addressing employee inquiries is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– 2-3 years of HR experience.
– In-depth knowledge of HR functions.
– Exceptional communication skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
– Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
