Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee multi-location retail and e-commerce sales. This full-time, on-site role requires strategic leadership to drive store performance, optimize inventory using customer data and analytics, and ensure consistent visual merchandising and loyalty program execution across outlets (travel approx. 75%).
- Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and monitor results.
- Leverage CRM and analytics for forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Lead staff training, performance management, and merchandising standards.
- Requirements: 3–5 years in retail management or multi-location operations, strong forecasting and inventory/CRM skills, proven leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Compensation: Rs125,00–Rs150,00 per month.
