Job Description

We are seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer to lead MEAL activities for the Green Skills Project, ensuring data-driven program quality and demonstrable impact.

• Design and maintain M&E tools, indicators, and data-collection systems.
• Manage data collection, validation, analysis, and visualization; prepare timely reports for donors and partners.
• Facilitate learning sessions, maintain beneficiary feedback and complaint mechanisms, and support field monitoring visits.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social science or a related field; minimum 2 years of MEAL experience (preferably in green skills or vocational programs); advanced Excel and data-visualization skills; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
