Job Description
Illumina Technology Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join the Customer Experience & Growth (CXG) team. This role drives partner-focused skilling events (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Bootcamps) to strengthen partner capabilities, accelerate product adoption, and enhance customer outcomes.
- Lead demand generation, partner registration, communications, and reporting.
- Coordinate content with product and solution architect teams; support presenters and office hours.
- Manage end-to-end event planning, onsite logistics, real-time issue resolution, and post-event analysis.
Qualifications: excellent communication, organization, project ownership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred: Microsoft partner channel or Customer Success/Partner Management experience, event management background, and familiarity with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. Availability overlapping Pacific Time required.
