Job Description
Mablay Beauty (VINCÉ) is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager specializing in General Trade to spearhead our sales initiatives in the Lahore Region. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in the cosmetic industry, demonstrating a successful track record of driving sales in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Personal Care Products, along with experience working with both local and international cosmetic brands.
Key responsibilities encompass establishing sales targets, identifying business opportunities, managing distributor relationships, and inspiring a sales team to achieve their goals.
Applicants should have a Business Graduate degree in Marketing or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of significant sales experience within the cosmetic sector.
