Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will be to ensure that every customer interaction is both positive and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and order statuses.
- Efficiently resolve inquiries and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and strong English communication skills are required.
Working Hours: 9:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. (Monday to Saturday)
