Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd. is looking for a meticulous Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational foundation in finance and accounting along with relevant experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recording daily accounting transactions via QuickBooks.
- Processing accounts payable and receivable.
- Managing bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Tracking inventory levels.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements.
- Identifying and reconciling discrepancies in financial reports.
- Producing invoices and managing expenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
