Job Description

Machineintelligence6 is seeking a dedicated Accounts & Admin Officer to oversee financial and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording daily transactions, managing invoices, and maintaining financial records. Additional duties include office supplies management, vendor coordination, and supporting HR tasks such as attendance and travel arrangements. The position also requires assistance with meetings and administrative support for management.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with accounting software is advantageous. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and effective communication abilities.
