Maryam Bearing Industry is actively seeking a qualified Maintenance Incharge (Mechanical) to lead and ensure the seamless operation of all machinery and mechanical systems. This pivotal role involves managing a team of maintenance personnel, planning both routine and emergency repairs, and strictly adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all mechanical equipment.
- Enhance maintenance processes to minimize downtime and improve troubleshooting efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Matriculation or higher.
- Over 20 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in engineering sectors.
