Job Description
Mash Holdings Group of Companies is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Christian Only) to provide chat support and facilitate inbound and outbound sales. This role is based at our office located in Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming chat messages.
- Provide precise information and effectively resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain exceptional English grammar in all written communications.
- Efficiently manage multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.
- Excel in a collaborative team environment.

- Shift: Morning (10 AM onwards)
