Job Description
Max International is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; delivering accurate product and service information; resolving complaints professionally; maintaining and updating customer records; following up to ensure satisfaction; and coordinating with internal teams.
- Education: Intermediate, undergraduate, or graduate in any discipline.
- Skills: Strong English communication, basic MS Office and email proficiency, customer-focused problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Fresh graduates are welcome.
