Job Description
Meri Sehat Pvt Limited is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and facilitating communication between patients and doctors to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
Your primary responsibilities will include resolving complaints and fostering a positive experience for our patients. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu. Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
