Job Description
Midciti Hospital is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate responses to inquiries from potential patients through various communication channels, including chat and phone calls. Your responsibilities will involve resolving customer issues and identifying leads to convert them into actual clients. Collaborating with the Social Media Marketing team will be essential to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications. A high school diploma is required, although a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
