Job Description
Job Purpose: The Accounts Receivable Trainee (MTO) is a developmental position focused on enhancing receivables operations, optimizing cash flow, and managing customer relationships. Trainees will acquire skills in invoicing, collections, credit management, and AR automation systems through rotations in various finance functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately generate and distribute invoices using ERP systems.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with sales and customer service teams.
- Monitor aging reports, proactively contacting customers regarding overdue payments.
- Apply payments accurately to customer accounts and reconcile remittances.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and maintain comprehensive customer records.
Skills Required: Candidates must possess strong analytical, accounting, and organizational skills to effectively support financial operations.
Position Qualifications: ACCA Part Qualified, MBA, M.Com, BBA, CA Inter, or ACMA Inter.
