Job Description
Mindwhiz seeks a full-time on-site Sales Development Representative in DHA Phase 8, Lahore (10:00 AM–5:00 PM). Make outbound calls across Pakistan to property owners, contractors, and developers to present construction services, qualify projects, generate leads, and schedule meetings. Require cold-calling/sales experience (construction preferred), strong English/Urdu, professional phone etiquette, basic construction knowledge, CRM/Excel skills, time management, and a target-driven mindset. Salary Rs50,00–70,00/month + commission, with career growth and a supportive environment.
