Are you a seasoned Estimation Engineer with a strong focus on US practices? Mindwhiz invites you to become a key player in our dynamic team as a Senior Cost Estimator. In this crucial role, you will contribute to exciting construction projects from inception to completion.
Position: Senior Cost Estimator
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Compensation: Rs120,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare comprehensive estimates based on project plans.
– Collaborate effectively with project teams.
– Evaluate designs to identify cost-effective solutions.
– Manage tender documents to ensure bidding accuracy.
Requirements:
– A minimum of 2 years of estimation experience in a US context.
– Proficient in estimation software.
– Excellent communication skills are essential.
