Job Description
Mindzeye Inc. is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Facebook Chat Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions via Messenger, providing prompt responses to inquiries, and converting leads into sales. This role is integral to enhancing our online sales efforts.
Requirements: Candidates should possess an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 1 year of experience in online support or sales, exceptional written English skills, the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously, and a strong sales-driven mindset.
Working Hours: Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM or 10 PM – 7 AM)
Compensation: Rs 15,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month
