Job Description
MoveUp Technologies is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and promoting our services. Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor are crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls efficiently and effectively.
- Provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
- Promote and inform customers about our services.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Able to work night shifts in Faisal Town, Lahore.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month.
