Job Description

Nakhlah is seeking a dedicated Computer Lab Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to both students and staff, ensuring a seamless computer lab experience. Your responsibilities will include installing upgrades such as drivers and hardware components, maintaining laboratory equipment and software, and managing instructional materials. Additionally, you will keep an accurate inventory of all supplies and log any reported issues for follow-up.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and typing skills, proficiency in operating and maintaining computer systems, and a solid understanding of computer terminology. A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is preferred, along with at least a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is a plus.
